- Existing Conditions
From the same people who created the legendary Booker & Dax, Existing Conditions in Greenwich Village has an impressive list of interesting, molecular-inspired cocktails. If you're feeling like a classic, they also have a canned-cocktail vending machine in the waiting area.
- Dear Irving
This place is sure to impress a family member and a first date alike. Hidden up a stairway on Irving Place, they have an extensive and descriptive cocktail menu that feature a lot of creative and seasonal ingredients. The décor is inspired by different eras, and servers will come and take your order only when you ring the call button. Very unique experience, highly recommend.
- The Up & Up
The Up & Up is a delightful surprise on Macdougal Street. They have a no-standing room policy, which feels very classy. They claim to have invented the paper plane, but all of the cocktails there are equally delicious.
- Maison Premiere
This is Williamsburg's prized cocktail and oyster bar. They make table-side martinis. Enough said.
This dimly-lit Chinatown speakeasy is the secret ingredient to a great night. Their cocktail menu is short - but has something for everyone.
